Job Title: Renewable Energy Specialist (C&I) 

Location:   Australia and APAC based projects (remote flexibility, regional collaboration)

Reporting to:  Senior Project Lead or Director of Delivery

About the role

Nyawi is looking for a Renewable Energy Specialist with expertise in commercial and industrial (C&I) solar, storage, and electrification projects. You’ll help clients navigate technical, commercial, and policy complexities to achieve net-zero targets efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead feasibility assessments for solar, battery, and electrification projects

• Provide technical input into decarbonisation roadmaps

• Analyse energy data to identify cost savings and emissions reduction opportunities

• Prepare proposals, reports, and client presentations

• Support project delivery and quality assurance processes

Candidate requirements

• Engineering or energy systems background with C&I project experience

• Confident analysing data and translating it for diverse stakeholders

• Knowledge of Australian and Asia Pacific energy markets, policies, and emerging technologies

• A pragmatic problem solver with an eye for innovation
