Job Title: EPC Contractor - Infrastructure & Energy projects

Location:   Australia and APAC based projects (remote flexibility, regional collaboration)

Reporting to:  Senior Project Lead or Director of Delivery

About the role

Nyawi is expanding our energy and infrastructure project pipeline across regional Australia. We’re looking for an experienced EPC Contractor or Site Lead to support project mobilisation and on-the-ground delivery, particularly across solar and battery projects at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project site works for solar PV, BESS, and infrastructure installations

• Ensure EPC timelines, scopes, and safety procedures are followed

• Support contractor coordination, scheduling, and site inspections

• Maintain stakeholder communications and reporting standards

• Drive high-quality, efficient project outcomes across all phases

Candidate requirements

• Proven experience as a contractor or supervisor in EPC projects

• Technical knowledge of solar and/or battery systems preferred

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to problem-solve in real-time

• Willingness to travel to regional Australia (short-term stints)

• Resilient, accountable, and committed to sustainable outcomes
